“We had a rooftop solar array put on when we put a new metal roof on. It was a one-shot deal, go big or go home. We opted for a 93% offset, which means we will be supplying 93% of our power thanks to the sun. My install was a little tricky because they had to coordinate with the roofing company so there were a few little bumps, but such can be expected in an install like this. Everything went great, the price was fair, and the install done in a timely manner. The workers were very professional and polite. Great company to work with. Oh, and by the way, Mary Jo in the office was a rockstar to work with, she always kept me informed and made paying for it and filling out the forms a snap!!!”

All three customer representatives we worked with were VERY patient and in the first two tries were very good at being available for our attempts to get the project financed. As a retired couple, some of the ‘attractions’ such as tax credits are less motivating, but we have a high level of motivation due to our commitment to being ‘green.’ The ‘end of the road’ on the project is coming into sight, as the closing on our home equity loan is a little more than a week off, and having just today signed the contracts with Eagle Point Solar we can begin to think of the day we will be reducing our payments to the electric company even as we pay our home equity loan off and earn credit for doing so (in addition to the lower cost of electric production even though we’re not getting a full 100% of our electric use from solar … yet. I would recommend Eagle Point Solar because of their patience, their thoroughness and care and the promise of a quality installation with a good set of warranties.”
