RedFern Capital Management was formed to solve a growing problem. Individual investors are not capable of developing renewable assets fast enough to meet demand and offset the minimum requirement of a project’s soft costs. Increased electricity demand is causing nearly all utility companies to spend billions of dollars to build new facilities to generate power.  As a result, we are now seeing grid supplied electricity rates rising faster and faster with no end in sight, pushing these costs onto the consumer.  This has created a unique opportunity for accredited investors.

Redfern Capital Management, in partnership with Eagle Point Solar, has created an investment fund with stable high-yield returns and a low-risk profile. All while empowering local municipalities across the Midwest to reduce costs, advance long-term sustainability plans, and decrease reliance on fossil fuels by developing renewable energy infrastructure.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Management and distribution of funds allowing investors access to lucrative tax-equity subsidies while providing high-yield returns. This is accomplished by developing public-private partnerships utilizing renewable energy Power Purchase Agreement contracts.
• Through the deployment of a large volume of solar energy generation assets, Redfern Capital Management investors can take advantage of economies of scale pricing. BUILDING A RETURN

• In partnership with Eagle Point Solar, Redfern Capital Management’s private investment group finances the development of an energy generation facility, generally for a public entity, and sells the power at a more affordable rate when compared to grid supplied energy. Offering either direct to the consumer or to the regional energy markets.
• This investment earns tax equity, offered by both federal and state* authorities, and long-term cash flows. The investment portfolio maintains a lower risk profile through reliable client contracts, creating predictable energy production estimates and generating long-term income.
• While the consumer of the energy is able to take advantage of clean, renewable solar energy without making a capital investment. This strategy saves the energy consumer 10% – 30%** without spending money for the development of the solar energy system. In return, the consumer receives predictable monthly electric bills for 25 years.
