Ever wonder how a solar array will with stand the weather in the Midwest? Ask Matt & Sheila Vincent of Vincent Excavating in Lancaster, Wisconsin. Wednesday night they had a tornado come through their property. Everyone is safe, but there is damage to the property. Both the roof and ground solar arrays withstood the high winds, debris and heavy rains with no issues. The trees, weren’t as lucky. Check out the pictures of the damage. When I got there Thursday morning Matt was already hard at work cleaning up and had already made a pile of trees, so the pictures don’t show all of the damage but you will get a very good idea of what they went through. At least everyone is safe and uninjured. Thanks Matt & Sheila for letting us share your story.
